The Ashtanga Tristana method is a three pronged approach. Ashtanga Vinyasa is a progressive set sequence that was developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. Jois developed this practice in 1948. This is a system and science of the body, mind, spirit awakening.

Our classes are an infusion of the Primary 1-2-3

The three parts are:

  • Gaze or Drishti

  • Pose or Asana
